About this site
The Aalto University Department of Signal Processing and Acoustics website spa.aalto.fi was launched in 2014. The website operates in parallel with the Aalto University website aalto.fi. Feedback, questions or improvement suggestions related to the site can be sent via the Feedback button at the bottom of the page.
The visual identity of the website is designed by TBWA\Helsinki. Nemein is responsible for the technical implementation, and the website is built on Midgard content management system.
The site consists of main sections that can be accessed via the horizontal menu at the top of the page (Research, Studies, etc.). In addition, there is information for specific target groups, including alumni, media, partners and prospective applicants.
At the top of every page are links to Aalto University’s and its schools’ web services, contact information and the text version of the site, as well as a search field. All links open in the same browser window.
At the bottom of each page are links to the RSS feed page, a site map, the unit in charge of the page, the print function, the feedback form, and “About this site” page.
